What products are available?

Our store offers outdoor chairs and seating, portable shade, tables, cooking gear, coordinated bundles, and useful accessories.

Is delivery free?

Any free-shipping option is the one displayed at checkout for the selected item and destination.

What timing should I expect?

Order preparation normally takes about 1–2 business days. Transit is estimated at another 2–4 business days, although carrier timing is not guaranteed.

Can I return an item that is not defective?

Yes. Both defective and non-defective returns are accepted, and exchanges are available. A change of mind, personal preference, or selection of the wrong item can be submitted within 30 days after delivery for return by mail or an exchange.

What condition is required?

Non-defective merchandise must be new, unused, and in its original condition with the original packaging, tags, and included accessories.

Are return costs deducted?

No. A free return label is included in the parcel, and no restocking fee is charged.

What if the order arrives with a problem?

For a damaged, defective, incorrect item, missing part, or product that is materially different from its description, send the order number, checkout email, and an explanation. Photos or video of the item and packaging may be required. Do not mail a return before authorization.

How are refunds and exchanges completed?

An approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days. Exchanges depend on available inventory.
