Shipping Policy

This policy explains delivery for orders accepted through our store. We normally prepare an order within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Transit is generally estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch, but that estimate is not a guarantee.

Delivery and tracking

Free shipping, when available, is determined by the checkout shown for the order. Customers must provide a complete delivery address, working email, and reachable phone number. Tracking updates are sent when the carrier makes them available.

Delays and delivery issues

Weather, peak periods, carrier limits, remote destinations, and verification reviews can extend delivery. For a delayed or missing parcel, send the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and a description of the issue. If tracking says delivered, check the delivery area and contact the carrier before asking us to review it. Report visible shipping damage promptly with photos of the item and packaging.

Some destinations, oversized items, restricted addresses, or carrier service areas may not be eligible. Available options are confirmed during checkout.
